Core users are staff who create, assign, oversee, or complete work.
Yes. You can add users at any time. Additional users are billed at the per-user rate listed for your plan. If users are added mid-year, they are billed at the monthly rate shown on the pricing page until the annual renewal date. User counts can be adjusted at renewal.
Yes. For the Starter and Standard plans, seasonal users are considered one of the core users. For the Professional plan, seasonal users are built into the package at a discounted user rate.
